This is a survey talk. I will first recall the Kahler-Ricci flow on Fano manifolds. Then I will talk about the Kahler-Ricci flow on Fano bundles. Some parts of the talk are joint with Gang Tian, Zhenlei Zhang, Xiaohua Zhu and Xin Fu.
