Inthis talk, we consider the time optimal control problem governed by semilinear heat equation in a bounded domain with control acting locally in a subset. The optimal time is seen as a functional with respect to the initial state and the bound of the control. In this talk, we discuss the continuity, monotonicity of the optimal time as well as the equivalence of the time optimal control problem and the norm optimal control problem.
