| In this talk, I will report our works on the differential network analysis. Motivated by the eQTL study, i.e find the genetic mutations that affect gene expressions, we are focusing on the eQTLs in the viewpoint of network. I will first introduce two testing based methods, including finding interacted locus associated with 2D-traits, covariance test for finding eQTLs associated with a pathway. Then I will introduce our recent work on the estimation of the network difference based on a D-trace loss.
